UAB VOICE MAIL SYSTEM

Voice Mail is an available service for all UAB staff, faculty and student residence hall phone lines. This service comes packaged with all student residence hall lines but must be ordered separately by UAB staff and faculty. To order this service please contact us by email at uabcomm@uab.edu  or order on line using our Online Service Request  page.

Our mail system is sized to accommodate future growth.  It currently hosts over 12,000 mailboxes and processes approximately 50,000 calls per day, including thousands of calls to automated attendants.
